Our one-night stay was disappointing. the musty smell was pervasive, and the noisy street made sleep tough. The architecture was nice, but I wouldn't book again.

missingWrote a review on Oct 29historic architecturehigh ceilingsconvenient transportnoisy environment
Proximity to multiple streetcar lines makes getting around easy. High ceilings in the room give that extra sense of space, combined with historic architecture that adds character.
We had an issue with our reserved rooms not being available upon arrival, forcing us to settle for an extremely noisy first-floor option. The late-night racket from the garbage truck was disruptive at 3 AM, which threw off our sleep. After switching rooms, we faced an unsatisfactory night when the AC failed across the entire building and there was no immediate help from the front desk. Additionally, some rooms lacked adequate lighting, making them feel dreary. The absence of in-room amenities, like coffee machines, made mornings less convenient. Also, the small lobby really lacked adequate seating, and without a bar, it didn’t offer much in terms of social space.

The Pelham is a charming boutique hotel with a great location near the French Quarter. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean, though I encountered some noise from the street and low water pressure in the shower. Overall, I'd recommend it for a comfortable stay.

Just a good pick for a stopover in New Orleans with the best value. The free access to warm up food in the break room was a nice touch. Try to avoid rooms near the cleaning equipment to get more quiet in the mornings.

The place is super close to the WWII museum and Bourbon St, making it easy to explore. The staff is fantastic, especially Kenya at the front desk, who was so helpful. The rooms were clean and comfy, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Just a heads up, one elevator was down but the stairs are an option.
The only downside was that one of the elevators was out of service during our stay, which made it a bit inconvenient at times. But honestly, it didn't ruin our experience.

First off, the staff is incredibly helpful. Seriously, they helped us navigate where to eat and book some tours, it felt personal, like having your buddy show you around. Also, our room was super clean and comfy, which is a must. Plus, no noise from the streets, I love that; it made the experience much more relaxing.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive but honestly, worth it.
