The place is super close to the WWII museum and Bourbon St, making it easy to explore. The staff is fantastic, especially Kenya at the front desk, who was so helpful. The rooms were clean and comfy, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Just a heads up, one elevator was down but the stairs are an option.

The only downside was that one of the elevators was out of service during our stay, which made it a bit inconvenient at times. But honestly, it didn't ruin our experience.

Additionally, some rooms lacked adequate lighting, making them feel dreary. The absence of in-room amenities, like coffee machines, made mornings less convenient. Also, the small lobby really lacked adequate seating, and without a bar, it didn’t offer much in terms of social space.
